Ice Cream Social is the kick-off event for each school year. Before the first day of school, families are invited to bring students’ school supplies in to their classrooms, giving both the students and parents an opportunity to meet their teachers, as well as see their new classroom environment. Teachers will present their overview classroom philosophy and expectations.
Meanwhile, in the cafeteria, Brookwood PTA hosts an ice cream sundae bar. PTA representatives are available to provide information about student activities. Parents may also take care of fee payments, such as PTA membership, Yearbook orders, and purchase Brookwood Spirit Wear. Most of all, it’s a great opportunity to catch up with friends after the summer break!
