Twice a year, the Brookwood scouting community hosts two special themed parties for students and their parents. In the fall, there is a Father/Daughter dance and in the spring, there is a Mother/Son dance. Students invite their mom or dad to the dance that usually includes a DJ, dance and limbo contests, a raffle with prize baskets, party treats and a photo booth.
